Boy, what I’d give to see this. My cartoonist colleague, Austin Bedell drew this positively gorgeous title card for Robbie + Bobby, circa 1929. Mr. Bedell’s illustrations consistently blow my mind; I’m inspired to say the very least, to save you from a total geek-out. Just check out his Futurama/Farscape mashup. See what I mean?

I don't like this. It looks so OLD. Get with the times, man! Add some color or 3D or make the characters say "LOL" or something!
I'm imagining a silent cartoon with a "LOL" text card that stays on screen for longer than necessary.
That looks great! You need to do a matching 60 second short of the same genre! But it should have singing, dancing AND decapitation!
