Happy Groundhog Day!
ROBBIE: I'm making some Groundhog Nog, would you like to help?
BOBBY: I'm back, and I bagged a me a big one!
ROBBIE: Bobby, Groundhog Nog is just a name, the recipe doesn't call for Groundhogs!
BOBBY: Well, I guess we'll never know if we have an early spring or six more weeks of winter this year!
1 quart sugar
1 Tablespoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon ground cloves
1 quart milk
Whip sugar, eggs, and milk together for 15 minutes. Heat to 140 on stove. Cool and add spices and whipped cream. Beat until well blended and foamy. Serve immediately. Save leftovers for French toast! ]
