Drawing today’s comic reminded me of Fantastic Planet, another animated film I recommend. It’s got a great soundtrack as well. Very trippy stuff, my friends.

I felt like the comic went that direction, too! Had this weird unintentional Monty Python cross-over with the “shrubbery” reference, and the giant limb.
It looks like both Monty Python and Fantastic Planet utilized cutout animation.
Why aren’t all petting zoo’s like this? Great gag.
